We are looking for a Validation Planner.

He/She will be involved in the following activities:

o Define validation plans necessary to verify product performances and to satisfy Customer requests
o Define, taking also care of reliability aspects, and manage the validations activities in line with Customers and Marelli Platform expectations and timings on the E-motor/Hybrid Product Family.
o Evaluate maturity level and deviation level on samples to be submitted to validations with the aim to tune validations on real significativeness of samples
o Follow the validation issues analysis and resolution by promoting and participate to problem solving team. Manage the escalation in case of critical issues.
o Support to design team for D-FMEA and Design review activities.
o Support to Product Engineer for all activities expected by validation product (PRX, sign off)
o Support PMO gates relevant to Validation aspects
o Define, together with reliability laboratory, the necessary operative instructions to set-up, monitor, disassemble and analize parts after test for main reliability test
o Support mechanical design team to realize the right equipment configuration for all test activities
o Check prototype shop and/or production plant readiness prior to validation batch production and improve knowledge on involved production processes in order to evaluate their maturity and stability

Education:
University Degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Engineering

Key Qualifications:
`` Experience of minimum 3 - 5 years in reliability engineering in mechatronics systems, preferably in the automotive sector.
`` Experience in technical writing competence in order to create technical project documentation
`` Knowledge of test methodologies and specifications
`` Experience in automotive mechatronics development
`` Good knowledge of non conformity and corrective action management tools
`` Good knowledge of mechanical drawing
`` Knowledge of World Class Engineering (Robust Design, DOE, Six Sigma)

`` Ability to analyze, improve and standardize processes.
`` Pro-active approach, structured working approach and problem-solving ability.
`` Ability to work in a team as well as an individual (collaboration cross function internal and external)
`` Competent use of Microsoft Office tools.

Language skills

Good English knowledge is mandatory
