We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruiter, to work within the Italian unit of a renowned Multinational, leader in the fashion industry.

Key responsibilities:

Be an active member on the Italian office's recruitment team and support in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping, reporting, and interviewing and candidate management .
Act as a recruitment partner to the business, build and manage excellent internal and external partnerships
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Provide support on developing innovative hiring solutions, leverage data to support strategic hiring decisions.
Create a positive and seamless interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key requirements:

Degree
4 years+ recruitment experience, preferably from a fast paced, dynamic environment (ideally experience with fashion related jobs in design, production and back office)
Good command in spoken and written English and Italian
Sound knowledge of local employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends
Ability to multitask, detail oriented and organized
Love meeting people and is an excellent team player

Proposal
One year fixed term contract
Gross Annual Salary to be defined, commensurate with the experience in the role.
