For our client, a multinational company leader in global industrial power solutions, we are looking for a:


The candidate reports to Customer Experience Centre and System Engineering Manager and he will be resposable to manage products customization processes.

Main Responsibilities:

- Evaluating the various technical requests, verify the feasibility, design and costs for customized solutions .
- Leasing with sub-suppliers and internal interfaces (purchasing dept., R&D, production dept., testing dept.) in order to optimize and select the most competitive solutions.
- Preparing and submitting official quotations as per specific rules and procedures.
- Liaising with Pre-Sales team, External Sales Force and Clients to provide technical advice and information.
- Project management of orders, including creation of dedicated Part Numbers / Bill of Material /Electrical and Mechanical Drawings / Specific documentation.
- Liaising with OPC (Order Processing Center) Team / Sub suppliers /Internal departments for activities coordination.
- Providing direct advice and support to the WT team (Witness Test with customers) with specific projects requiring witness test of our equipment.

Skills & Requirements:
- Technical diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in UPS industry or LV distribution.
- Good English.
- Technical skills in Mechanical or Electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of Autocad 2D, CAD 2D, 3D (CREO 4.0 -Solid Edge ST8) and PLM Oracle cloud
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
