Supply Chain and Field Service Manager

This role is specialized on a specific business domain and related processes (supply chain and field services) , and it is responsible for the system evolution in terms of capabilities and functionalities provided by the system. The Supply Chain and Field Service Manager collaborates with other teams involved in the SDLC, such as the team QA teams, to provide them with recommendations needed to implement and maintain the solutions. This role may also is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the operational capacity, availability, and performance of the solutions.
Excellent business understanding and market awareness Flexible with planning, controlling the activities of the team and work estimation, able to continuously balance between the customer and commercial needs Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and prioritization skills Strong facilitation and organization skills, relationship building and communications skills Willingness to track, assess, and incorporate practice and technology developments and innovation into day-to-day working Strong Knowledge of Media Application Architecture and functionality Ability to understand long-term ( big picture ) and short-term perspectives of events and change and how they relate to achieving business outcomes Understanding of both the current Media and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing and Master in Business Administration, or other related field 10 or more years of experience in supporting successful delivery in Business/Functional Analysis (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations, including support transition Experiences in team and budget management Experience working closely with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, XP, and with teams leveraging DevOps and Continuous Delivery / Integration Experience in successful capability management with clear business results Experience across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, User Interface Experience in successfully developing and delivering against time and resource constraints Professional experience and knowledge of digital and Media industries strongly preferred
