Our Client, in order to strengthen its HR department, is looking for a:
Learning and Development Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for executing training plans for company staff, in line with the Global Learning and Development and Region Italy Human Resources strategies.

- Ensure the mapping of learning needs, the design, the development and the management of training activities for employees, in collaboration with Line Managers and HR Business Partners
- Manage the budget available for training plans, including funded training activities management
- Propose and promote innovative and engaging methodologies, as well as digital learning tools and solutions
- Select and manage relationships with external vendors
- Interact with Learning and Development peers from outside Italy to share best practices and align to Global Learning and Development strategy
- Coordinate Learning Specialists to implement learning short-term and mid-term plans, in line with company standards.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in Economics, Psychology Work & Industrial or Communication/Training Science, at least 10 years experienced in similar role, in multinational corporations.
He/She has a broad knowledge of HR processes and deep expertize on Learning and Development.
