Activation Specialist

The candidate will support Retail and HoReCa Supervisor to implement Activation plans consistent with brand and channel activation strategy and guidelines.
Will be in charge of execution of Retail and Horeca activations initiatives in cooperation with agencies and Field Force Team
Identify new opportunities in Retail and HoReCa environment.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Plan the execution of Retail and Horeca activation in cooperation with brand marketing, trade marketing, agencies and field force
- Organize the execution of Retail and Horeca activations in cooperation with local communication agencies and Field Force
- Daily contact with agencies and Field Force to coordinate activation execution and shift plan.
- Development in cooperation with brand, trade and agencies of activation tools and POSM
- Matching activation standards and kpìs to deliver excellence in execution.
-Track and analyse performance vs KPI, capture learnings and identify corrective qualitative and quantitative actions
- Cooperate with Field Force Team and Trade Marketing in order to identify new opportunities
- Build strong relations with all Internal and External Stakeholders to enhance team effectiveness and engagement
- Coordinate and share with Field Force and internal stakeholders Weekly Activation Plans, results and ad hoc analysis based on performance.

The ideal candidate should have this requirements:

- 2 Years working in activation/promotion departments or brand departments in FMCG
- Fluent in English
- Expert level in excel and power point.
