Randstad Italia SpA Inhouse, is searching for a Service Operation Specialist for our multinational client leading the TelCo Sector that is focusing strongly on becoming not only a leader in the smartphone industry, but also a key player in the digital mobile scenario, creating an integrated ecosystem built around the consumer and become a new leading player for developers, partners and consumers.

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary:  26K-40K based on experience


Contract type: 1 year fixed term contract, with renewal and permanent term possibilities. This position is powered by Randstad Italia SpA, outsourcing partner of the multinational company. Please apply only if you are willing to accept this type of contract.  


You will have a chance to be involved in end-to-end management of the operations of the company. You will be monitoring and improving performances, streamlining processes and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.

What will be your main responsibilities?


  • Analyze service KPIs and produce the related reporting aimed at continuous improvement

  • Interact with HQ to facilitate strategic project management and systems improvement/issue resolution.

  • Be responsible for routine operations and customers' overall satisfaction for managed Service Centers.

  • Conduct daily monitoring of the operation results and of related targeted analysis. Develop effective countermeasures based on the analysis to achieve the KPIs.

  • Carry out regular onsite inspection to Service Centers to check their operations, the type of service provided, their GDPR compliance, identifying the main issues to be solved to ensure a seamless customer experience in aftersales, and drafting process improvement plans to solve them.

  • Carry out daily communication with Service Centers and related onsite support.

  • Analyze customer’s feedback to design the activity of Service Centers, generate more traffic/volume and increase their revenues.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor Degree in Business related subjects or Management Engineering

  • Background in electronic device, smartphone/PC interactive service management preferred;

  • Experience in service, after-sales or retail shop is a plus;

  • High proficiency of Excel for data analysis

  • Good proficiency in Power Point

  • Outstanding communication and cooperation skills;

  • Highly organized, proactive and target oriented,

  • Italian, English and Chinese, fluent in writing and speaking;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability and willingness to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
