Junior Warehouse Management System Specialist

Job purpose: Develop and support of In-house Warehouse management system

Key accountabilities:

Software development and evolution of Warehouse Management Systems.
Apply technical skills and experience to provide solution to technical and business requirements in the following areas: RF task management, mobile devices, integration (ERP, Automation, Mobility, SCADA,..) and GUI.
Attend business meetings as required collaborating with team members. Evaluate requirements and technical limitations with users.
3rd Tier Support for WMS: Monitor support queue & provide effective issue resolution on support requests logged by customers
Support development efforts with other team members to ensure project delivery
Create & maintain appropriate technical documentation to assist in various stages of software development
Use proper industry standards to code, develop software, and deliver on time. Ensure good quality of development work by using standard testing practices

Required

• Experience in SQL and procedural SQL (Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft T-SQL or others)
• Experience in HTML, JavaScript
• Experience developing client-server or web applications in one of the most common languages: Visual Studio C#, .NET, C/C++, Java

Desirable

• Experience with IT equipment: devices running under Android, wireless networks, industrial PC, sensor/cameras, IoT
• Experience with Web-services


EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
