For our client, one of the leading paper-based packaging companies in the world, we are looking for a Help Desk profile to be included in the IT Area of their constantly expanding structure and who will be based in Verzuolo (CN).
The position includes the following activities:
For our client, one of the leading paper-based packaging companies in the world, we are looking for a Help Desk profile to be included in the IT Area of their constantly expanding structure and who will be based in Verzuolo (CN).
The position includes the following activities:
- Provide assistance to users (helpdesk);
- Carry out daily checks (backup, etc);
- Analyse and solve systems engineering problems;
- Collaborate to analyse and solve Networking problems;
- Add, modify or delete users, applications, etc;
- Configure and install new devices (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, smartphones, etc);
- Collaborate with the Group teams (both in Italy and abroad) and / or external suppliers (both Italian and foreign) for the execution of the activities assigned to them.
- In possession of a diploma or degree in technology / information technology;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role;
- Good attitude to teamworking;
- Good troubleshooting skills;
- Good communication skills (user assistance).
- Operating systems
- Good knowledge of Windows client systems (7 and 10);
- Good knowledge of Windows server systems (2012, 2016 and 2019).
- User applications:
- Good knowledge of the Office environment (2010, 2013, 2016, 365).
- Good knowledge of AD;
- General knowledge of Networking and Internetworking (LAN, VLAN, Routing, L2/L3, etc)
- The following knowledge is a preferential requirement:
- Notions of CLI (Windows OS);
- Understanding VMware.
