For our client, a multinational company leader in global industrial power solutions, we are looking for a:

Electrical Junior Trainer - Academy UPS Technology

He / She will design AC Power courses and deliver effective and complete learning experiences to Customer Engineers, Distributors and Customers.
The position will report to the Academy Service Program Manager.

• Work with AC Power and Service & Software Solutions LoBs (Line of Business) to agree on training priorities and learning objectives and ensure continue technical handover from Global Training and regional Engineering
• Define the content of The Academy courses, working with the Global Training team; where appropriate, drive the activities of a technical committee to collaboratively make decisions and approve training content and materials
• Define, prepare and update the training material covering the product portfolio: online theoretical material and tests, multimedia tools, procedures, residential classroom material and practical exercises, final tests; trainer’s additional material and teaching notes; support the creation of documentation
• Successfully and effectively deliver training sessions in blended learning: remote self-learning, residential classroom, final exams and diploma ceremony; if needed, deliver courses in other training centres or sites;
• Maintain the Training Area and the demo units at their best for welcoming students and providing effective and complete training experiences;
• Participate in unconventional educational activities (outdoor etc).

Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electrotechnical Engineering
• Good written and spoken English with knowledge of the main technical language/words used in the relevant product application business.

• Communication skills.
• Flexible in terms on activities, planning and timing
