On behalf of our estimated Client, an important holding of investments with its HQ in

Lugano (Switzerland), we are currently looking for a:


Head Of Sales Department


This is a great opportunity to discover a possibility in a very competitive contest, with a solid

company present since years in different African locations which has now started to invest

in Italian ports.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, your main missions will be to take lead of the

commercial department, with direct reporting to the commercial director and the

headquarters, and:

• Manage global sales results and sales budget

• Develop new clients and potential deals

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategies, in collaboration with the

Management team

• Define procedures and reporting ad hoc for each important client and share

information with the Management team

• Ensure accuracy in sales planning and forecasting, allowing predictable results


• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with company entities, business

partners, key customers and key prospects

• Ensure staff alignment across the teams and foster their continued growth and


• Collaborate with all business units



The ideal candidate has a degree and have at least 5 years of experience as a Head of Sales

or Sales Coordinator, working within structured multinational companies and preferably

within the logistics sector (freight forwarding).

Excellence communication and influencing skills in building a strong relationship with clients

and colleagues

Excellence presentations skills for reports

Preferable knowledge of SAP

Fluent in Italian
