We are currently looking for three people who will fill the role of Level 1 Support, for a major company operating in Financial Technology, which provides services to the financial market community, including infrastructure hosting, network analysis, market data analysis and cloud services.
Their goal is helping their clients efficiently scale their business and quickly access markets.

The Level 1 Support will take care of:
- Answering phone calls directly from external clients
- Looking at market data connectivity problem, informational problems, licencing problems
- Opening of tickets and escalating to level 2 resources
- Supporting banks across global institutions
- Troubleshooting

- 2 or 3 years of experience as a minimum
- Networking/financial background and a basic network qualification such as CCNA is preferred.
- English as a second language is a must
- Availability to work onsite in Milan, from 8:00 to 17:30, starting from the end of July
