Global Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Main responsibilities

 

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager you will support the Global Talent Acquisition Director in designing and building the Global CoE Talent Acquisition to ensure an attractive employer brand and strong talent pipeline for key positions. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Support the design and development of global recruiting and Employer branding strategies ranging from graduates to senior professionals/leaders and Hearing care professionals
  • Develop and implement sensible branding and recruiting standards across the global organization in close cooperation with our global marketing organization and internal communication
  • Contribute to align functional and regional recruiting resources to achieve synergies across the organization
  • Develop strong sourcing techniques to improve upon the diversity of the talent pipeline
  • Evaluate vendor tools for desired outcomes and guide vendors to adjustments
  • Actively contribute to enable / lift the skill level of the global HR TA organization with respect to branding and recruiting
  • Set up targeted KPIs to actively monitor and manage the success of our initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
  • 4-6 years demonstrated experience in HR, particularly in Recruiting & Employer Branding roles
  • Experience in international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong networks and drive collaboration
  • Proven track record in reaching results in the talent acquisition field -especially in start-up environments- and building consensus across matrix structures, ideally during transformation
  • Strategic mindset
  • Knowledge of recruiting and Employer Branding best practices
  • Ability and preference working in a fast-paced, high performing environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-disciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and hands-on, balancing high quality long-term achievements and quick-wins.
