Randstad Italia is hiring a Training & Event Coordinator for Samsung Electronics Italia, a global leader in the consumer electronics industry.

Location: Milan - (smartworking policy: 2 days/week)

Contract & Salary: Duration and RAL commensurate with experience

Retribuzione annua: 22000€ - 28000€

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Training & Experience Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging educational experiences that strengthen Partner sales teams and enhance customer loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize training sessions, workshops, and special launch events across different channel, for example:

• Training programs for Field Force and Partner sales representatives on Samsung Mobile Experience products
• Interactive hands-on workshops to educate consumers on product benefits
• Special loyalty programs for Partner sales teams to build strong, long-term relationships
• Engaging in-store events to support product launches
• Immersive brand experiences beyond traditional retail, increasing brand awareness and purchase intent

qualifiche

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Humanities or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Training, Events, or Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Project management experience
• Event planning and execution expertise
• Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
