E-mail Marketing Manager
The candidate, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, will manage the e-mail campaigns, supervising and coordinating the whole e-mail marketing process from the plan com to the final sending.
- Use of visual analysis software for providing continuous insights with the aim of improving e-mails layout, copy and images
- Prepare, manage and maintain dashboards and reporting
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise sales.
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Working closely with the Head of CRM to develop a clear CRM strategy.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Previous experience as an email marketing manager ideally within a similar industry.
- Fluent in English
- Extremely analytical approach and ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
