For an international company operating in the Financial Services Industry, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner focused on Transformation Projects.
The candidate will report directly to the HR Director and will lead autonomously HR projects aimed at improving all processes concerning HR Department. He/she will be the touchpoint for any process innovation’s need sharing ideas and knowledge with the HR team and also with the international HQ.
- HR functional analysis and process reengineering;
- Development of HR processes best practices;
- Scouting and selection of innovative HR Vendors;
- Improving HRIS tool;
- Leading Transformation projects;
- Spreading Innovation and change management culture;
- Participating at HR Innovation events and meetings;
- HR reporting, data analysis and business intelligence.
- Master’s Degree;
- Three or more years of experience in HR Department or HR Service Lines of Consulting firms, possibly in an international environment;
- Fluent English, both written and oral;
- Result-oriented, proactive, positive, dynamic, flexible approach;
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
The salary package will be commensurate to the candidate’s experience.
