For a company pioneer in the use of payment card data and turned it into powerful customer knowledge & business insights for merchants , whe are hiring for a Sales Development Representative :

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position will be responsible for targeting, engaging and creating
opportunities with small businesses targeted in the Italian market, in coordination with the Company s teams based in
France. Your skills and enthusiasm to perform well in this opportunity at an early stage have a huge advantage for
you in terms of growth. The Company success depends on our ability to reach new customers, and that starts with the
success of your role.
What you ll do:

Reporting directly to the International VP Sales, build a strong in-field presence across Local Merchants
(restaurants, hairdressers, clothing, bakers etc) eligible to adopt the Company solution
Analyse precisely the needs of the merchant and adapt your speech
Highlight Company solution s benefits with personalized demonstrations
Build the most suitable offer according to the prospect
Develop new opportunities with potential ambassadors, egg. Merchants trade associations
Prospect merchants who are not yet lucky enough to know the Company
Dynamically lead & train as needed a team of Telesales from our leading partner
Support our customers by providing them with regular follow-up
Provide formal input to the Company Teams regarding struggles, needs and technical improvements brought up
by customers
Be the Company referent on the filed liaising constantly with the Company internal Teams
Update the N 1 with formal Status Update on Sales volumes

About you :
Relevant business-oriented education degree, you have 3/5 years of experience as a salesperson or
relevant business role in payment app solutions, marketing solutions or in Banking
Excellent commercial skills
Understanding and experience with negotiation techniques
Quick learner and passion for sales
Motivated by a results-oriented approach
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written Italian/English/French
