We are Loking an Operations Transformation Specialist for our Internetional Client to identify, design and assist with the the successful implementation of business transformation and improvement into the operational teams, with particular focus on large initiatives.

- Identify and design business transformation requirements/initatives - with focus on large scale, group wide initiatives.
- Build a good understanding of the Hoist operations, but with a specialised knowledge or interest Work Force Optimisation across all jurisdictions. You will be the Transformation SME in this area and provide steer and guidance to colleagues around this subject.
- Promote continuous improvement through process transformation work and design, including challenging current practices and processes
- Identify business opportunities to improve the operational effectiveness of back office functions and management oversight, including the use of new technology and business processes.

Business Growth
- Deliver business results through dentifying potential cross-functional synergies and improvements, realising optimum performance across the operational teams
- Promote and define digital transformation opportunities in the way customer processes operate and streamline them either by simple automation or process reengineering developing a consistent approach to operational processes, wherever possible.
- Constructively challenge colleagues and peers to support the delivery of key revenue goals through ongoing reviews of current working practices to ensure the best use of resource and technologies
- Prepare and present documentation as required reporting on operational performance and opportunities to deliver enhanced performance
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key partners and stakeholders to ensure awareness of how changes may impact their day-to-day operation
- Drive the delivery of consistent operating practices and technologies to maximise their benefit and operational effectiveness, including strategies, new systems and processes.

Key Results Areas
- Cost reduction in providing services through operational efficiencies
- Collections performance
- Delivery of key initiative KPIs (as defined per project) - both delivery of outcomes as well as on track action delivery
- Compliance with all internal and external risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Reduction in operational cost to collect

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience in successfully delivering a range of change (e.g. small, technical, complex)
- A true stakeholder manager with superb interpersonal skills: the ability to build and maintain effectiveworking relationships across a complex business
- Ability to analyse and improve work processes establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
- Demonstrable ability to multi task, work to tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility ability to work under pressure without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to organise and prioritise projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Willingness to work to a flexible schedule.
- Passion for delivery of transformational change into Operations areas
- An understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
