Your mission and responsibilities:

  • Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets. Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm plannings, and periodic forecasts during the year.
  • Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursues effects of agreed measures.
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports, with respect to overall performance, for local Management, Zone and for the Headquarter. And recommends actions to accountable management.
  • Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
  • Support in the implementation of the new ERP System
  • Coordination and execution Business area monthly planning process (including MTA/MBR) regarding product basis and BL specific information
  • Close communication with Headquarters’ multidisciplinary team on a variety of business-related topics
  • Key contributor providing executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide actionable analysis, insights, and recommendations to maximize financial performance and support commercial decision-making
  • Maintain, enhance, and report on the KPI’s for the management and Headquarters
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis by creating reports and analysis as needed across the business. Provide broader support for operational and strategic initiatives
  • Partnering with Zone Business Line managers. Work closely with business leadership supporting on business and market related topics

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with course work in finance, business administration or a closely related fields
  • Solid experience on financial planning (i.e., business planning, budgeting, forecasting etc), reporting & variance analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.
  • 3-5 years on similar roles with proven experience on multinational environmental jobs
  • Solid communication skills (including headquarters stakeholders management) and ability to succinctly explain complex ideas.
  • Experience in working with different culture, languages and of educational and customer need
  • skills:
  • Italian and fluent English as a must . Other languages as a plus
  • Team oriented and ability to influence and contribute to all aspects of the business
  • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities to deliver on commitments
  • Self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond
  • Proactive approach, always looking to add value to the organization and being well trusted partner of the Management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
  • Knowledge of new Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Software tools (like Power BI, Qlik)
  • Experience in SAP software
