Randstad Italia SpA, InHouse division, is offering a new oppurtunity for Sales Account to work with a multinational company based in the food sector. The position lies into the Italy Business Unit, reports into the Sellout area manager and has a lot of exposure to internal senior partners. 

Location: Campania

RAL 26 K aorund, Fixed term 1 year contract whit possibility of permanent contract after one year.  

responsabilità

In brief, you will take ownership of:

Visiting and regularly supervising stores in your perimeter ensuring the accurate implementation of the channel/customer strategies defined by the company and the accurate management of the stock;

Analyzing, reporting and handling the commercial activities on the shop floor (baseline products rotation, promo...);

Planning and negotiating promo and local product range according to the level of local autonomy and the needs / characteristics of the stores;

Implementing and supervising the accurate POP materials fitting and loading;

Analysis of specific needs / opportunities at the point of sale to craft and implement the most suitable layout, display, space allocation and visual merchandising solutions;

Supervising displays, prices, promotions, product range and competitors activities

University degree 

English and Italian languages proficiency

Nice to have: previous experience in sales / trade marketing functions in FMCG companies
