Randstad Italia SpA – Divisione InHouse Services are looking for a Service specialist FRONT-END.
Our client is a leading telco company


Perform visits to Service Centers onsite for TAT control, Operation inspection. Service Quality check. Perform training to service supplier, include the use of a new product technologies, service regulations, System operations, etc. Required availability to travel about 60% of the time


Education background:, bachelor degree . major in electronic/ computer, /telecommunication / business administration / Available for frequent travels. Minimum 2 years work experience in the field of terminal, such as handset or electronic device, or fast moving consumer goods, and skillful in customer service. Skills of working on computer. Presentation compile ability, Data analysis ability. Fluent Italian and English is mandatory, good at presentation and writing. Chinese Language is appreciated. Good interpersonal understanding, negotiation ability with suppliers, capable to set up and strengthen relationship with different people. Service shop experience is a plus; Repair process understanding; Good service attitude (able to work under stress);
