Gi Group SpA, is seeking a highly motivated SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST to join the Operations department of REDBULL (based in Milan).
THE ROLE:
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for Process Development/Optimisation (including process mining & process automation), Technical Project Co-ordination, analysis and reporting in the CS&Log area.
Is also responsible for back office activities of CS related to ERP and Sales Order Tool.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Order To cash back office
• Responsible for the creation and update of the relevant master data related to customers in the ERP and Sales Order Tool
• Responsible for the update of the pricing conditions in the ERP
• Emissions of the relative credit memo
-Projects Co-ordination
• Regular review of HQ Tools & Solutions for implementation in the subsidiary.
• Serve as the central co-ordinator for all Technical Supply chain projects (S4 HANA / ESKER /
CELONIS / EDI development)
-Process Development
• Leading the execution of process mining & automation (RPA) across the team – looking for opportunities to simplify, automate and optimise.
• Ensure that processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines.
• Documenting all key processes in CS&Log (manual, guidelines) to ensure that contingency/cover is
possible, knowledge and adherence to standards are not lost.
-Performance and Cost to serve
• Analyse Root To Market, orders profile, cost to serve and finds opportunities for cost and service
optimisation
• Use reporting systems to create dashboards (using tools as Sap Analytics) and analyse
performance.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Degree preferred in STEM subjects
• Fluent English and Italian
• Strong Analytical skills
• Project management skills
• Proactive outlook on continuous improvement
• ERP Knowledge (preferably SAP)
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
The position is based in Milan.
Permanent contract.
