Randstad Technologies, is a specialist agency geared towards all areas of IT. We are currently searching for an IT Support Specialist for our client, a multinational company specialized in impaired loans management.

Job description:

You will work as part of local IT team as the first point of contact for all user requests managed and
supported via their ticketing system. Working within an ITIL framework you will offer support across a
variety of software and hardware related requests, having a logical approach to troubleshooting any
related issues . As a part of global IT organization you will liaise with central team to collaborate on
manage, monitoring , solve any issues. Personality is key, we are looking for someone who has the right
attitude to be a part of a team , excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and develop new
skills and competencies.

Required skills:

 First line support (desktop, laptop, printer, thinclient, Smartphone)
 Office 365 Local Administration
 Local Hardware & Network Management
 Call center/genesys IT systems troubleshooting, reporting, monitoring
 First Support on batch process : MSSQL, Powershell
 MS Azure basic Cloud Management (Backup, Network, server provisioning, WVD)
 Fluent in English
 3-4 years of previous experience working in a Service Desk role onsite/remote

 developer on Python, C#
 knowledge of JIRA tool
 confident with Agile methodologies
 use of remote tool for IT support operator
