For our Client's, global leader in the automotive field, Manpower is seeking for a


The candidate will be responsible for the Electrical Components integration & harness layout on to new veichels architectiures.
The task also include their fixing elements based on a concept layout provided by the Electro-Hydraulic Area Architect.
The Designer will complete the Bill of Material groups population related to electric and electronic components (harness and components), ensuring consistency of CAD data from concept to the final release as per timing given.
The Designer will be the owner of the harness Technology and for related components liaise with Vehicle Electronics Innovation Competence Center and suppliers when required in order to ensure the best solutions are applied on the given application.
The role includes attending Design Reviews and DFMEA, meeting with internal Vehicle Electronics Competence Center and with suppliers if parts Co-designed.
In addition, the Designer will be also responsible to ensure storing of CAD data according to the Bill of Material structure.
He/She will be also responsible for the management of activities outsourced toi suppliers.
The above function description includes the main basic activities, but other tasks coulòd be assigned related to quality, benchmark activities and other areas depending on the knowledge of the candidates work-load, and skills and pro-activity the candidate will demonstrate to have.

Job requirements and qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in off-road/heavy duty vehicles electric/electronic system and/or electric/electronic component design
- Good knowledge of CREO cabling is preferred
- Capable of producing 3D (possible 2D) feasibility studies
- Experience in Bill of Materials
- Good skills in office automation systems
- Good knowledge of Plant Processes and Methods
- Ability to work with tight deadline and under pressure
- Autonomous worker. Can handle several projects at the same time.
- Good communication and control skills
- Ability to read electric schematics (Capital) and system diagrams
- University degree in Electric/Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- High level Problem solving skills / methodologies.

- Capable of identifying priorities
