responsabilità

Main tasks

• bid management of Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS-NAS) customer offers;
• working effectively with the Capture Leader to generate win teams that link customer needs with defined benefits of the offering;
• providing supervision to the Bid Team to ensure that key relationships are being effectively managed and that vital customers, industry and business knowledge and networks are being effectively utilized to deliver the winning solution;
• in-time delivery of winning proposals;
• leading the bid team, providing bid management direction and engagement within the team;
• managing and taking active part in the creation of the bid deliverables and ensuring review and governance, leading to a high-quality proposal;
• ensuring that cost estimates / target budgets are provided with support of system engineering and product management;
• coordinating with all non-technical stakeholders of the bid team, such as contract management, legal, tax, insurance, export control and finance;
• ensuring that cost estimates are effectively reviewed to ensure competitive and winning pricing;
• supporting Sales / Capture Leader in negotiations and presentations;
• ensuring a smooth transition from bids to projects;
• ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the Company processes.

What requirements are we looking for?

• Degree in engineering or economics;
• minimum professional experience in managing tenders or similar projects;
• experience in the use of planning tools (MS Projects) and typical office tools such as MS Office;
• excellent language skills in English and Italian;
• knowledge of French, spoken and written (preferred);
• good knowledge of national/international air traffic control regulations and standards;
• ability to drive the right bid solutions to conclusion across complex organisational and stakeholder boundaries;
• willingness to travel occasionally worldwide;
• result orientation;
• interpersonal and verbal communication skills with written presentation and report writing skills;
• independence and creativity in problem solving;
• team leadership skills, lateral leadership;
• strength in dealing with international teams;
• Belonging to Categorie Protette L.68/99.
