For our Client, renowned Italian multinational Group, leader in building materials and construction sector, we are seeking for a:

He will be responsible for:

- developing, managing and coordinating the procurement process, to manage internal procurement requires and activities
- developing, leading and executing procurement strategies
- keeping track and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- forecasting price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- performing cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking
- seeking reliable vendors and suppliers, determing quantity and timing of deliveries
- monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand
- coordination with accounts section for payment of all credit suppliers
- estimate costs in tender phase.

Job Requirements:

- Technical Graduation (e.g., degree or college diploma in a technical field such as engineer, architect)
- excellent knowledge of French is mandatory in addition a good knowledge of English is also required
- 3-5 years working experience as a procurement officer
- in addition, supply chain work-related skill, knoledge, or experience is considered asset
- Computer Hardware and Associate Supply Chain Software and System (i.e. procurement, materials requirements, planning, eectronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database management applications) Communication Devices.

Workplace: Triveneto (Italy HQ) and France
