I'm looking for a TEMPORARY Analytics and Value Activation Controller for a pharma industry.
The mission of the analitic and value activation Controller will be to set up and monitor the Regional Performance, Analytics and Projects regarding Procurement and other functions, in order to support business growth and to create value on both P&L and Cash Flow axis.
As part of the responsibilities, he/she will support regional network of Regional Analytics and Value Activation to achieve the below objectives:
- Manage Procurement Controlling and Analytics; responsibility for Reporting (consolidation & analysis), Forecasting and Budgeting of regional Procurement Action plan.
- Ensure interface between Corporate and Local Analytics and Value Activation as well as with Regional and Local Finance and Controlling.
- Contribute to Planning and Budgeting processes and challenge proposals,
- Support Global and Local requests in term of analysis and reporting,
Within the Analytics and Value Activation Team, he/she will be
- Controlling, producing and validating the results of the Region (by country, by MCO, by procurement domain) on a monthly basis.
- In charge of ensuring ePilot data base consisteny and grow data culture.
- Support for elaborating the procurement budget/Long Range Planning together with Local Procurement Perfomance and Global Procurement Performance. Multiple number and dimensions of procurement performance-, budget- and headcount reports- locally, regionally and globally
- Support of the regional team in terms of Procurement budget process
- Provide the best in class Performance Monitoring and -Analysis, including data production, presentation and review, identification of process/organization changes on the data structure, significantly supporting to ensure the maximum possible alignment on the Data Process and systems across Europe, make recommendation on data quality improvement, provide recommendations regarding necessary decisions for global activities.
- Develop edge cutting and comprehensive key performance indicators, significantly contribute to the sustainable overall success to the company.

Education / Experience:
Graduate in Finance, Procurement
3-5 years in Controlling, Procurement.
Experience in Change Management.
English as a business language, fluent in speaking and writing.

Offering: fixed term contract on 30/07/2019, gross salary 32-34k.
