Legal Specialist With Chinese Proficiency - Milano

Randstad Italia SpA is looking for a Legal Specialist for our client, a multinational company leading the telecommunication sector.

Applicants have to speak Italian, English and Chinese fluently.

The Legal Specialist will support in managing all legal areas of the Consumer Business Unit of the company in Italy, and support other EU countries when needed. The candidate will provide support to business departments to promptly achieve company goals respecting internal and external compliance, identifying and managing legal risks.

Location: Milan

Offer: Fixed term or permanent contract, depending on experience.

This position is powered by Randstad Italia SpA, outsourcing partner of the multinational company. Please apply only if you are willing to consider this type of contract.

Salary: 27K-32K, it depends on the experiences of each candidate

Responsibilities:

• Have a good knowledge of consumer protection law, advertising rules and data protection legislation
• Contribute to increase legal awareness within the company, sharing case studies and preparing training material to be used at business team benefit.
• Support in reviewing privacy policies and notices and templates to be used on a daily basis.
• Manage in cooperation with service department the consumers’ disputes and the requests of public authorities regarding the brand protection.
• Review marketing material, including products information and press release in compliance with internal policy, advertising and consumer protection applicable law.
• Review terms and conditions of promotional activities
• Constant update of legal templates to be used by business departments
• Contribute to increase legal awareness within the company, sharing case studies and providing training to the business teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law
• Excellent communication skills both in Italian, English and Chinese
• Knowledge of consumer protection law, advertising rules and data protection legislation
• 2 years experience in commercial contracts and consumer protection fields, experience in Consumer companies will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of privacy regulation
• Strong attitude for working under pressure in a demanding and challenging environment
• Strong ownership, openness and willingness for continuous self-challenge
• Proactivity and strive to create value
