Randstad Office Milano search for an important customer Account Manager in the helthcare sector.
We are looking for an analytical and customer-oriented candidate who can join in Milan-based team.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible of organizing and creating the basis of the Account Management work, turning customers requests into projects:
·You will check the incoming requests, gain a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and provide the AMs tailored solutions to convert the offers into real projects.
·You will have a major contribution in ensuring profitability and success of projects, driving to customer retention.
Within this framework, you will be given a specific long-term objective to reach, therefore:
·You will think of and implement strategies to reach your goal.
·You will constantly monitor your progresses and provide feedback to your tutor.
·Required fluency in Italian and English.
·Required excellent computer and Internet skills (Office suite).
·Knowledge of CRM tools (Sugar CRM would be a plus)
·Knowledge of Project Management tools (TRELLO, BASECAM)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
· Good understanding of social media platforms
·Experience with content creation (photography, videography, graphic design)
·Understanding of marketing principles and ability to deliver
·Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
·Effective presentation skills
·High degree of professionalism
·Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
·Scientific Background (Pharmacy, Biology, Food Science and Nutrition).

Orario di lavoro full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 18.00
Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato di sei mesi scopo assunzione, ccnl Grafici/Editoria , ral 25 k .
