Randstad Italia SpA Inhouse, is searching for a Online Performance Marketing Specialist for a multinational Chinese company, leaders in the telecommunication sector. The candidate will support in optimizing Amazon AMS/ Google Ads campaign performance by applying analytics and various strategies. The ideal candidate must be very analytical and have extensive knowledge of Amazon Campaigns and Google Ads, also have good understanding of online marketing metrics. This role will work closely with MKT and Ecommerce team in support of business objectives.

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary:  26K-40K based on experience

Contract type: depends on profile

  • Plan, implement, and optimize Amazon AMS campaigns to drive consumer engagement and
  • sales;
  • Develop, launch, day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads Campaigns
  • including search, shopping, display, discovery and video, making recommendations on
  • improving campaign performance;
  • Plan, propose, develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign
  • structuring, targeting, bidding, ad copy and other elements of paid traffic;
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly audit reporting and monitoring of the assigned market
  • campaigns to ensure performance against targets;
  • Identify and act on high impact opportunities;
  • Coordinate strategic projects that will drive the growth of paid traffic;
  • Develop outstanding relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Relevant experience in online marketing and have gained extensive knowledge of Amazon
  • at least 1 year both in Amazon and Google Ads campaign, better in digital media agencies.
  • Campaigns and Google Ads;
  • Fluency in Italian and advanced English, Chinese is plus;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of bidding strategies is essential;
  • Passionate about numbers, an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to any task
  • performed;
  • Good understanding of online marketing metrics and KPI’s;
  • Detail oriented and hands-on mentality.
