M&A Analyst

The newly hired resources will be involved in M&A transactions. They will be part of the team responsible for the execution of each phase of M&A deals (origination, contacts with potential investors, support to the negotiation, support in the execution and closing) by carrying out the following activities/roles:

Collection and analysis of information on the target
Market/industry research and findings' summary
Drafting of marketing pitches and company profiles
Drafting of Information Memorandum
Analysis and elaboration of financial models (reclassification of balance sheets - cash flows - plans - DCF - DDM
- EVA etc.)
Application of different valuation methods
Continuous interaction with clients and with counterparties (meetings, conference calls, management presentation, roadshows)
Support in the various phases of the operations' execution

The successful candidate will have:

1/2 years of experience in Corporate Finance or a similar role in leading financial institutions or advisory boutiques.

Degree with honours in technical/scientific disciplines, preferably Economics or Management Engineering

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance, valuation methods and modeling and capacity of autonomously applying them to projects under evaluation

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point

High proficiency in both spoken and written English (level C1 or higher) Ability to analyse and synthesize

Goal-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, accuracy and reliability Ability to coordinate team work and interact with multiple counterparts

Work and time flexibility, with availability to travel Curiosity, enthusiasm and proactivity
