BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ITALY - wind energy on shore applications
The figure will be focused on the development and improvement of the market share of wind energy on shore applications
Reports to: Sales Director Wind Applications
Develop sales related to wind energy solutions in Italy and analyzing the Italian market re wind energy business opportunities
Sourcing and meeting potential customers
Understanding customers’ needs to be able to provide the companies technical solutions
Cooperation within the wind energy team, who will be designing the solutions, and the European factories, which will be producing them afterwards.
Background related to construction and civil engineering
At least 8 years of experience in sales or project/ proposal management in construction of wind energy applications
Acknowledgement of Italian and European standard
Native Italian speaker
Fluent business English
IT Literacy and use of the CRM
Core Competencies: Systematic and patient approach to the sales process, Proactivity, Ability to build strong internal and external relations, Ability to influence customers at highest level, Drive for Results, Decision Quality and Making, Excellent organizational and project management skills, good command in team working with an international team
Location: in Milan or Rome Area (preferred) but since this is a home-office based role the best would be a location nearby an airport.
