Our client company is currently looking for a Temporary HR Professional to work as a Plant HR manager in all HR topics and areas of employee life-cycle to attract, retain and develop people and to improve individual and organizational performance to deliver the business plans. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing industrial company, developing the HR structure both in the HQ and EU plant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing strategies, policies and procedures for the administration of the HR of the company. Manage all the HR areas such as: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits.

Attracting, recruiting and keeping talent with the required quality, following policies and requirement of the position, using methodology and tools that guarantee assertive recruitment processes.

Designing and administrating training plans and programs to promote skills. Developing skills of key members, assessing strategies to identify areas to develop with members and align them with the objectives of the company so that they contribute directly with its productivity and effectivity.

Implementing strategies of working relationships in order to support the relationships between the company and its members. Representing the company when negotiating with the workers' spokespeople.

Implementing strategies and policies of compensation based on salary competition and internal equity of the company. Managing and monitoring functions such as: salary increases, performance appraisals, analysis of job descriptions, position assessments, market research and development of scales depending on financial situation of the company
Defining and ensuring compliance of objectives and health and safety programs. Coordinating compliance of Government dispositions, applying corrective and preventive rules.

EDUCATION
Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Engineering. HR Master's Degree will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE
A large experience in companies with production plants carrying out HR functions

LANGUAGES
Native in Italian. Advanced English is mandatory.

REPORTING
Hierarchical to the General Manager
Functional reporting to Divisional HR Coordinator
